RESERVATION POLICIES:

Please make a reservation on Massagebook 24 hours before your desired appointment.   

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Massage:   Jenny offers a limited number of massage appointments per week.  So she has a 48 hour cancelation policy.   A $30 fee will be charged after 48 hours.  After 24 hours a client will be responsible for the full price of the massage unless a true emergency.   Jenny will require a pre-payment of massage if cancellations are recurrent.  Thank you for respecting her time and that of others that might want an appointment. 

Workshops:  Cancelation more then 60 days before a workshop receives a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancelation before 30 days receive a 50% registration refund. 2 weeks prior to workshop, no refund available.  

CHECK-IN:

For a first appointment, please fill out a intake form that has been sent to you by Massage Book or arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the form.   Please be ready for your appointment several minutes early so that you get full access to your time with Jenny.

FACILITIES:

The facilities are on the second floor of an old building of Bellingham downtown with no elevator.  Please be aware there are stairs to walk up.  If you need special accommodations, please let Jenny know and she will do her very best to tend.
